The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to coordinate a wide range of resident services such as grocery and drug store delivery, beauty parlor appointments, transportation scheduling, and event reservations. In addition, the employee will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming lobby and first-floor common areas, coordinating transportation schedules, and acting as a liaison between residents and the dining room. Supervisory duties may also be required, including overseeing front desk reception staff and drivers. The role demands flexibility in work hours with varying schedules and shifts.   • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • basic first aid and CPR certification where required
  • must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
  • able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • able to write simple correspondence
  • ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
