The role offered is for a Concierge at one of the Provincial Senior Living communities. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of inquiries and requests. The work schedule specifically includes weekend hours, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This role involves a range of responsibilities that blend customer service, administrative tasks, and coordination duties. The Concierge's primary duties include greeting guests, residents, and team members; managing telephone communications by answering calls and taking messages; providing information and directions; and supporting various administrative activities. The role also entails organizing mail distribution, updating resident phone lists and logs, preparing meal tickets, and scheduling appointments for residents such as hairdresser visits and transportation services. Maintaining a neat and organized desk and entry area is essential to the role, which also requires adherence to all company policies and procedures.
