Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining the sales floor's appearance, ensuring all beauty products are properly stocked, ticketed, and accurately inventoried. You will play a critical role in merchandising, keeping testers full and organized, and ensuring the visual presentation meets Nordstrom's high standards. Additionally, the role requires strong problem-solving skills by calmly defusing customer concerns and delivering swift resolutions. Success in this role demands enthusiasm, initiative, and strong organizational skills. This position is hourly with a pay range of $16.10 to $16.75, depending on location, experience, and skills. It may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
