The Concierge role, also known as Lifestyle Coordinator, is a pivotal part of the NOVEL RiNo Apartments team, serving as the frontline ambassador and ensuring residents and guests receive an inspiring and seamless living experience. This position is designed for a dynamic and personable individual passionate about hospitality and resident engagement. Responsibilities range from responding promptly to inquiries, coordinating various lifestyle services like restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements, to maintaining the safety and security of the premises. The Concierge also collaborates closely with security and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is someone with a high energy and positive attitude, equipped with at least two years of concierge or related hospitality experience. They must possess excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of local attractions, and solid organizational abilities. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and HRIS systems, is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - 2 + years of concierge or related hospitality experience
