We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Cold Station Cook to join our exemplary culinary team. This role is essential to ensuring the timely preparation and quality of all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts served at the restaurant. The Cold Station Cook will also assist in prepping and preparing other food items as needed, maintaining well-stocked stations by organizing necessary ingredients and supplies to meet order demands efficiently. A key responsibility includes upholding rigorous food safety and sanitation standards, guaranteeing the health and safety of our guests and staff. This position plays a vital role in supporting the seamless operation of the kitchen by keeping the work areas clean, sanitized, and compliant with all health regulations.
