As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including expertly crafted cocktails. Your knowledge about the Bellini Bar menu and drink recipes will enable you to recommend and explain menu items effectively to guests, enhancing their experience. Beyond drink preparation, you will monitor inventory to ensure a consistent supply of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials, guaranteeing smooth operations behind the bar. • One years experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel environment
• excellent understanding of cocktail recipes
• friendly positive energetic and commitment
• fulltime and flexible availability and reliable able to do at least four closing shifts per week and available during weekends and public holidays
• knowledge of beverages including coffee beer spirit and wine
• experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
• a good understanding of wine its service and recommendations to guests
• good English communication skills
