The Clinical Concierge MA/LVN role at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care in Southlake, Texas, is a full-time position based at 125 Davis Blvd but involves floating across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations. The role requires working three 12-hour shifts per week, from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. This position is integral to enhancing patient flow and care, combining clinical, administrative, and patient interaction responsibilities. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or Vocational Nurse program
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Licensed Vocational Nurse Texas state license upon hire
• Six months previous healthcare clinical experience or completion of THR MA externship training
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• THR Urine Drug Collector training within 30 days of hire
• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts per week
• Flexibility to float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations
