The culinary team at The Standard Spa in Miami Beach is currently seeking a full-time Chef de Partie. This role is essential to the smooth operation and success of the spa’s culinary offerings. As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key contributor to the kitchen's dynamic, working closely with the Culinary Leadership Team under the supervision of the Lido and Belle Kitchens. This position values individuals who are willing to learn, adapt, and contribute creatively to the kitchen environment, accommodating the unique vibe influenced by a diverse clientele including tourists, members, and locals. The salary for this position is $55,000 per year with flexible shift options to accommodate various work schedules.
In this role, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for a variety of kitchen management tasks including expediting orders, maintaining stringent quality control standards, training junior kitchen staff, and providing hands-on culinary support. You will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, recipes, and food presentation methods to ensure consistency and uphold The Standard’s distinguished standards. This position also requires organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in all back-of-the-house areas. The ability to prioritize tasks, organize workflow, and delegate effectively will be crucial for success in this position. With a focus on professionalism, positivity, and proactive work ethic, the Chef de Partie will help ensure guests enjoy a vivid, dynamic, and engaging culinary experience that aligns perfectly with The Standard brand ethos.
- Prior culinary school or kitchen experience
- Prior kitchen supervisory experience
- Flexible working hours including nights and weekends

- Hold or obtain Food Handler's License Certification within 30 days
