The Patient Ambassador position at Advocate Health, specifically within the Environmental Services department at Carolinas Medical Center, is vital in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This full-time role requires dedicated individuals to proactively engage patients, particularly in priority units and with newly admitted patients, to ensure their comfort and satisfaction with the environmental services provided. The Ambassador will operate on a structured script and protocols developed by Aramark, focusing on daily patient rounds to set clear expectations regarding cleanliness and services. By actively addressing concerns and employing service recovery strategies, the Patient Ambassador plays a crucial role in resolving issues in real time to enhance the overall patient experience.
