The role of Server Assistant at The Dunlin is pivotal in delivering an exceptional dining experience that guests will remember. This position supports the service team by enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that guest needs are anticipated and met with warmth and professionalism. As a Server Assistant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the flow of the dining room by aiding in the setup and clearing of tables, arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and promptly removing used items to sustain a clean and orderly environment. You will assist servers by delivering beverages, refilling drinks, and addressing guest inquiries and requests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaboration with servers and restaurant staff is essential to providing smooth, seamless service and upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
