The Celebrity & Influencer Coordinator role at Louis Vuitton Americas is an integral position within the Celebrity Relations Department. This full-time role commands close collaboration with the Celebrity Relations Director, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of celebrity and influencer engagements. With a focus on operational efficiency, the coordinator manages various logistical components including travel arrangements, glam and car bookings, and handling of store pulls for product and talent allowances. In addition, the role involves meticulous processing of invoices, reconciliation of budgets, and managing both domestic and international shipments. The coordinator serves as a linchpin, connecting cross-functional teams such as event coordinators and logistics teams to guarantee flawless event execution. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $28.00 to $30.00, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as disability plans and generous paid time off. Situated in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan, the role requires the employee to work onsite four days per week. The position demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In this capacity, the coordinator also supports administrative tasks such as managing invitations, giftings, flowers, and product seeding to celebrities, influencers, and stylists. They coordinate shipments with couriers, generate customs invoices, and maintain accountability for sample deliveries and returns. Mastery in travel logistics and time management is critical, as the role involves managing bookings for various high-profile events including fashion shows, award shows, and brand image events. The coordinator also liaises with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, from arrival logistics to day-of event details. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations or equivalent professional experience
