The Catering Bartender position at Oak View Group is an essential role responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at catered events. This part-time position pays an hourly wage of $18.00 and includes benefits such as a 401(k) Savings Plan with matching contributions. The role requires a professional who is knowledgeable about drink preparation, responsible alcohol service, and event setup and breakdown. The Catering Bartender directly contributes to creating an exceptional guest experience by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining a clean and organized bar area throughout the event. The position demands flexibility, with availability needed during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the diverse scheduling requirements of live events. The Catering Bartender must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items such as beverage cases, kegs, and ice bins, and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Experience in bartending, particularly in catering or event settings, is highly preferred, along with strong customer service and communication skills. Certifications such as TIPS or similar alcohol service credentials are favored but not mandatory.
