They also play an important role in communicating product information clearly, discussing care and maintenance requirements, and providing additional product suggestions to complement original purchases. Making customers aware of current promotions and upcoming events is essential, as is supporting the visual standards and supplies management at the cash wrap area. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, consistently exceeds sales goals, and understands how to ask the right questions to tailor recommendations to individual customer needs and styles.
