The associate is expected to manage cash register and POS transactions efficiently and accurately, handle returns and exchanges with professionalism, and ensure merchandise pricing is precise. They also play an important role in communicating product information clearly, discussing care and maintenance requirements, and providing additional product suggestions to complement original purchases. Making customers aware of current promotions and upcoming events is essential, as is supporting the visual standards and supplies management at the cash wrap area. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, consistently exceeds sales goals, and understands how to ask the right questions to tailor recommendations to individual customer needs and styles. Williams-Sonoma offers a competitive compensation package with pay ranging typically from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, which varies based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic location. • Full time associates must have open availability
• Part time associates must have availability including two weekend days
• Weekend availability must be on two separate days
