We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Cashier to join our dynamic Front End team. The Head Cashier plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless checkout process by supervising and supporting cashiers to deliver fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service. This leadership position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of checkout and return transactions, maintaining the self-checkout area, and enforcing company policies to minimize shrink and improve operational efficiency. The Head Cashier will also lead the cashier team by providing guidance, training, and performance coaching, ensuring that associates adhere to best practices and meet customer service standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle first-level escalations for customer issues with professionalism and composure. The preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of cashier experience, demonstrating proficiency in transaction processing, customer engagement, and supervisory tasks.
