Working as a cashier and front-line associate, the role also incorporates food preparation duties including brewing coffee, monitoring fresh food availability, and following store protocols for hot food service. Maintaining store cleanliness both inside and outside is a critical function, which includes managing litter, spills, equipment sanitation, restocking merchandise, and ensuring the restroom is properly maintained. Employees will actively participate in promotional campaigns and sales goals, practicing suggestive selling and developing strong customer relationships. The position demands flexibility, as employees may be required to work various shifts, including night shifts, involving deeper cleaning duties like drain cleaning and comprehensive restroom maintenance.
