The General Manager (GM) position at FastTrax's Fort Myers location is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations. The GM will lead a diverse and substantial team, managing over 150 employees across various departments including attractions, food and beverage, events, and guest services. This role requires an experienced and energetic professional who can steer operational efficiency and elevate guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals. The GM will use strong leadership and business acumen to drive revenue growth through effective cost control, labor management, and strategic partnership with marketing and sales teams to capitalize on group, party, and membership opportunities. In addition to operational responsibilities, the GM also plays a key role in recruiting, training, and developing department managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment that reflects the company’s core values. • 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume food & beverage operations
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage profit and loss statements
• Strong business acumen with experience in cost controls and labor management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to maintain high guest service standards
