As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will be a vital part of the front-of-house team, responsible not only for maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment but also for supporting servers and ensuring guests receive timely service. Your duties will include greeting guests with a smile, setting up your station for the shift, ensuring all tables have necessary silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, and clearing tables efficiently. You will also assist in running hot food from the kitchen to guests, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and communicating table readiness to the serving staff. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and stand or move about the restaurant for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
