Additionally, the Busser/Runner hands off hot food to guests promptly, clears dishes, resets tables, cleans seats and floors, and communicates with the team to maintain excellent service flow. Employees in this role must meet physical demands such as bending, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 30 pounds safely, and remaining on their feet for shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours.
