The Busser position at Miru plays a vital role in maintaining a smooth and efficient service operation, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience by assisting the service team and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Bussers are responsible for clearing and resetting tables, assisting with barista duties when needed, and supporting the front-of-house team by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to service requests. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This full-time or part-time role requires availability for various shifts, including weekends and evenings, to support Miru’s busy service hours. The ideal candidate is someone who can work calmly and effectively under pressure, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to the guest experience and team dynamic. Physical stamina is important, as the position involves standing for entire shifts, moving and lifting items, and navigating a dynamic restaurant space.
