The role available is a combination position including Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant for both dine-in and takeout service. This role is pivotal in supporting the restaurant’s daily operations by maintaining a clean and organized dining area, assisting with food delivery to guests either in-house or for takeout, and providing crucial support in catering orders including delivery when needed. Team members in these positions act as the backbone of restaurant service, ensuring quick turnaround times in table clearing, accurate order taking and reviewing, and contributing positively to the overall guest experience. In this role, you will guide guests through their dining experience by helping them with takeout and catering orders, effectively communicating menu options and assisting with any inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment, bussing tables, restocking restaurant stations, and ensuring efficient food and beverage service both inside the restaurant and for takeout or catering orders. Understanding the layout of the restaurant and how it functions in terms of seating and food delivery is critical, as well as being able to execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining high standards of hygiene and operational procedures.
