As a Busser, you will be tasked with a variety of duties including removing used tableware once guests have finished, promptly clearing and cleaning tables between seatings, and assisting servers during peak periods, especially with large parties. Your role will also include maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house areas, attending to restrooms with regular inspections and cleaning every 30 minutes, and responding to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy. Effective communication with servers and hosts is critical to ensuring efficient seating and excellent customer experiences. This full-time position requires availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays except for Thanksgiving and Christmas when the cafe is closed. Employees are expected to commit to Keke's Breakfast Cafe as their primary place of employment and adhere to a dress code comprising dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes from day one.
