The role of Restaurant Manager at R&R BBQ involves leading a team of up to 50 dynamic employees, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship to cultivate a positive and productive work environment. This position requires maintaining high food, health, and safety standards while ensuring efficient and profitable business operations. The manager will oversee staffing optimization and resource allocation to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. This full-time role is ideal for confident leaders with at least five years of restaurant management experience and a dedication to fostering team development.
