The Niello Company is currently seeking a capable and diligent Porter to join its team. This role is crucial to maintaining the appearance and upkeep of the dealership's vehicle inventory, ensuring every vehicle is showroom-ready to impress potential customers. The Porter will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles, conducting minor inspections, and assisting in vehicle movement across dealership lots and to other vendor locations. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, alongside the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending as required by the job. This position requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and basic technology proficiency to manage operational tasks effectively. The role is hourly, with compensation ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, adjusted according to experience and location. Beyond cleaning and detailing, the Porter also contributes to the dealership’s overall customer experience by ensuring the lot and customer areas are clean and inviting. Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dealership's operational needs.
