We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within a specific geographic area. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all stores under the district meet their sales goals, adhere to operational standards, and comply with relevant laws and regulations. The District Manager will be responsible for improving sales performance, managing costs effectively, and maintaining high-quality service and safety standards across all managed locations.

This hands-on approach helps identify areas for improvement and ensures alignment with company policies and procedures.
The District Manager also takes charge of analyzing monthly financial reports to pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction and increased profitability. Additionally, the role requires resolving guest and employee complaints efficiently, addressing employee relations issues when necessary, and representing the company in interactions with regulatory agencies.
A key responsibility involves developing and advancing the management team through targeted training, mentorship, and succession planning. This includes preparing high-potential General Managers for promotion and supporting Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and hourly employees through continuous coaching and feedback.
