The role available is for a Beverage Supervisor on the swing shift, responsible for overseeing the activities of all bartenders, beverage servers, and bar attendants during a shift. This full-time position operates specifically during late hours from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, ensuring that all team members perform their duties effectively according to established company policies. • experience with modern pos system preferred
• prior beverage leadership experience preferred
• gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s)
• completed and maintain certification in serv-safe (food sanitation management) within 120 days of employment
• ability to work flexible shifts and days including holidays
• ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
• ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
