We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Beverage Manager to lead our beverage outlets at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. This full-time position requires a leader with 3 to 5 years of management experience in beverage operations, including bartending, cocktail service, or mixology. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of wine and spirits and a passion for inspiring teams to deliver exceptional guest service. The Beverage Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding the Atlantis Casino Service Standards by leading and motivating the beverage team to provide a world-class guest experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and disciplining team members as needed while overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards. The role also involves managing schedules, controlling labor costs, reviewing team performance, and tracking financial performance to enhance profitability. Furthermore, the Beverage Manager is expected to develop and implement training programs aimed at increasing revenue through upselling and suggestive selling, ensuring that the team is knowledgeable in beverage service, wine, cocktail techniques, and mixology.
Performance expectations for the position emphasize consistently delivering high levels of guest service, maintaining thorough knowledge of the beverage industry, supporting the professional development of supervisors, revamping training programs, and meeting departmental financial goals.  - Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology
 - Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
 - Excellent communication and organizational skills
 - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
 - Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
 - Washoe County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required or ability to obtain
 - Adherence to Atlantis grooming standards (no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors)
 - Proficiency with POS systems and Stratton-Warren Inventory a plus
