The Member Service Professional (MSP) position is a vital role within the American Express Centurion Lounge team. MSPs are the face of the brand to premium Card Members, delivering exceptional, personalized service in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. This role requires individuals who are passionate about exceeding customer expectations and creating memorable experiences. MSPs act as both service providers and consultants, helping Card Members access travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services tailored to their unique needs. The position involves welcoming and assisting guests, managing their needs from arrival until their departure, and resolving any concerns with innovative solutions that enhance loyalty to the American Express brand. Furthermore, MSPs collaborate closely with food and beverage partners within the lounge to ensure seamless service delivery.
The role operates during specified lounge hours from 6:00am to 9:30pm Monday through Friday, with potential changes based on business needs. Compensation for this position ranges from $25.50 to $26.75 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.
