The role of the Bartender is pivotal within our operation, bridging the gap between the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service. The Bartender is responsible for maintaining the entire bar area, serving guests directly at the bar, and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room. This position requires extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, mixed drinks, beers, and wines, as well as the ability to think quickly and remain aware of the environment.
