We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at Palihouse West Hollywood. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting well-balanced cocktails and forging authentic connections with guests. As a Bartender at Palihouse, you will be responsible for mixing a variety of beverages to suit the mood, whether that means serving refreshing mimosas during brunch, craft cocktails paired with our chef's tasting menu, or espresso drinks for guests on the go. Your role is integral to creating a warm and laid-back atmosphere that encourages first-time guests to become regular patrons. You will learn the Palihouse steps of service, our product offerings, menus, and operational systems thoroughly to ensure the smooth running of the bar and restaurant. This position requires collaboration with the entire hospitality team, including communicating customer feedback to management and working with hotel staff to promote the bar's offerings and special promotions, especially targeted at overnight guests.
