The Clubhouse Kitchen & Bar, located in the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel, is currently seeking an experienced professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join their team. This role offers plus tips and involves providing excellent guest service by serving beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. The position also includes preparing beverages for other servers, acting as a cashier for the lounge, and handling various operational responsibilities to maintain high standards. As a key member of the Clubhouse Kitchen & Bar team, the successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, which run 24/7, necessitating flexible shifts. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining bar inventory, preparing garnishes, and ensuring all beverages and food items are stored securely. Attention to detail is critical, especially in handling cash transactions, balancing accounts, and following stringent safety and security policies.
