As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other beverages according to standardized recipes ensuring consistent quality. You will also serve wine, draft beer, bottled beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food, providing guests with timely and courteous service. Additional responsibilities include collecting payment for drinks served and arranging bottled goods and glassware to create an attractive display that enhances the ambiance of the bar area. Maintaining cleanliness is a vital part of this role, requiring you to wash glasses, bar surfaces, and equipment regularly to uphold hygiene standards. You will also prepare garnishes by slicing and pitting fruits and may be involved in preparing simple appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats. • High school diploma or equivalent
