This position is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering quality handcrafted beverages that can brighten a customer’s day. As a Barista I, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend beverages. Beyond beverage preparation, you will interact directly with customers by greeting them, taking orders, and handling transactions including cash, credit card, and electronic payments with accuracy and professionalism. In addition to beverage and customer service duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization is critical to this role. You will clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation spaces to ensure all environments meet the high standards expected by SodexoMagic and its clients. Punctuality and reliability are important, as the role requires attending scheduled shifts on time and demonstrating consistent regularity.
