The Bar Back position at Olympia Hospitality plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. The Bar Back supports bartenders by handling crucial preparatory and closing tasks, such as removing dirty dishes and replenishing condiments, all while providing excellent service with a smile.
