Banquet Servers are responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders. This includes preparation of linens, place settings, and audio/visual equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized banquet environment throughout the event cycle is also required. Additionally, banquet servers support the event contact by professionally addressing guest needs and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation policies.
