Working closely with other team leaders, the Bakery Department Lead contributes to the overall success of the club by aligning departmental efforts with company strategies. In this position, the Bakery Department Lead will conduct training, monitor product inventory, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $32.00, with additional premiums based on work specifics and scheduling.
