• Have 1-2 years bakery experience or equivalent education and experience
• Be dependable and reliable with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain outgoing, friendly and positive behavior
• Possess good communication skills
• Be able to answer phones and take special orders
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Operate bakery equipment safely
• Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
