The Floor Manager position is a vital role within our vibrant restaurant environment. In addition to employee management, the Floor Manager manages administrative tasks such as entering daily logs, reconciling cash, and overseeing side work completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in restaurant operations, including experience in roles such as server, busser, food runner, bartender, or host. This hands-on experience enables the Floor Manager to train and mentor staff effectively, helping maintain consistency in service standards.
