Job Summary

We are seeking FAA-licensed Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMT) to join our Line Maintenance team. In this critical role, you will perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations on aircraft, engines, and components. You will troubleshoot complex systems on Boeing and Airbus aircraft, ensuring every plane is safe for flight before it leaves the gate. This is a role for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their technical expertise and adhere to the highest standards of safety compliance.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair aircraft systems including avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and propulsion. You will utilize technical manuals and schematics to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Line Operations: Perform overnight checks, service checks, and transit checks at the gate or in the hangar. You will address pilot logbook discrepancies and clear aircraft for dispatch under tight time constraints.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all work performed in the aircraft logbook and maintenance tracking systems, ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Safety Culture: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and hazardous material handling. You will participate in safety management systems (SMS) to report and mitigate risks.
  • Equipment Usage: Operate ground support equipment such as lifts, tugs, and auxiliary power units. You will also use precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements
