The Customer Service Representative/Concierge position at Balfour Senior Living is a part-time or PRN role offering a competitive hourly pay of $17.00. This role is essential in maintaining the friendly and secure atmosphere that residents and their families expect. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face at the community’s front desk, providing exceptional customer service and support daily. Responsibilities range from monitoring the entry and exit of residents, guests, and visitors to facilitating the move-in and welcome processes with care and attention to detail. This position supports the Hospitality Services Director to ensure smooth front desk operations and assists residents promptly with their requests, ensuring their experience is both pleasant and comfortable. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who brings a smile to work every day and possesses excellent communication and people skills. Experience in senior living, customer service, or related fields is preferred, along with the ability to handle a high-volume phone environment and a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Beyond day-to-day duties, this role also involves maintaining cleanliness at the front desk and entrance areas, responding appropriately to emergencies, and auditing records and files to support the community’s operational excellence.
