The Floor Technician position at ABM is a full-time, day-shift role offered Monday through Friday with a competitive pay rate of $13.00 per hour. This role is crucial to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within client facilities by performing floor care and maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of floor-related duties, such as stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning floors to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards. The technician will also assist with special projects as assigned, ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, and adhere strictly to safety protocols while performing their duties. This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience as a Floor Technician and can pass a background check. While experience is essential, this job is also suitable for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
