We are currently seeking an Assistant In-House Marketing Manager to join our skilled team. In this pivotal role, you will support the In-House Marketing Manager by overseeing the daily operations and productivity of the In-House Marketing Team. This includes direct supervision, interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management of marketing associates. You will be responsible for planning and assigning work, conducting performance reviews, motivating the team, and managing any disciplinary actions necessary. A vital part of the role is ensuring marketing penetration standards are met, preparing daily and weekly operational reports, and coordinating with sales management regarding tour seat availability and marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of marketing experience, preferably within the vacation ownership industry, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Exceptional customer service abilities and a positive approach to problem-solving are essential. Additionally, technical proficiency with company systems such as Mainframe, Focus, and CRS is required.   • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Two years marketing experience primarily in vacation ownership industry
