The position comes with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus potential, commensurate with experience. • Minimum of 5 years full service high volume casual dining restaurant management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic proficiency in English reading writing and speaking
