As an Assistant General Manager at one of HHM’s properties, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and managing various hotel departments and overseeing hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager. In the realm of health and safety, you will champion safe work practices, the use of protective safety equipment, and adherence to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
The work environment requires flexibility as schedules may vary and include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. Physical demands include extended periods of standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching—tasks that must be managed safely and effectively under your supervision.
