The role of Assistant General Manager at McDonald's is vital to the successful operations of the restaurant. Regarding service, the Assistant General Manager works to ensure all staff are well-trained and that key service areas within the restaurant are organized for delivering the best possible customer experience. • High school diploma or GED preferred
