The dnata Catering U.S. team in Brisbane, California, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support operations at the San Francisco International Airport. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary range between $95,000 and $150,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. As an Assistant General Manager at dnata, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of assisting in managing facility operations, including quality control and purchasing, while monitoring profit and loss to contribute to budget achievements. You will be instrumental in identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing operational processes through quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with dnata’s Food Safety Standards such as HACCP, SSOP, and GMP will be a critical part of your role, including overseeing timely completion of food safety audits.
