The role of Assistant Manager at Wingmen V, LLC is vital for the smooth operation of our restaurant locations. The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager by managing day-to-day operational tasks such as estimating and ordering food and beverages, ensuring proper cash handling, and maintaining overall cleanliness and safety in the restaurant. This role requires strong leadership skills to recruit, hire, and train new staff members effectively, while also managing schedules to guarantee coverage during peak dining hours.  - minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
