The Cook will be responsible for monitoring food production to ensure that quality standards are consistently met, maintaining inventory and stock levels at their station, and coordinating orders for efficient pick-up. In this role, the Cook will also be tasked with preserving the cleanliness and organization of the work station and storage areas at all times, ensuring that proper safety and sanitation procedures are followed. Controlling waste through appropriate rotation, storage, and quantity management is a key aspect of the job. Additionally, the Cook must have experience working with wok or dim sum cooking techniques, grill, and sauté methods, underscoring the varied skill set required for this position. Candidates must be physically capable of standing or walking for the duration of their shift and lifting and maneuvering items up to 75 pounds. Other physical demands include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
