The Encore Boston Harbor Apprentice Bartender position is an essential role within the resort’s culinary and beverage team. This role focuses on supporting the lead bartender in beverage preparation and serving, as well as contributing to an exceptional guest experience at the bar counters. The apprentice bartender is expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of various alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, champagne, and liquors, while also mastering the art of mixed drink preparation and garnish presentation. Key responsibilities include maintaining strict adherence to health and sanitation standards, supporting bar setup and cleanup, handling glassware maintenance, and engaging with guests by providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
