The role carries a base hourly rate of $12.50, exclusive of any potential tipping income, reflecting its status as a tipped position. Suite Runners are vital in maintaining the high standards of hospitality expected by clients and guests in suite dining, involving tasks such as taking detailed notes during pre-shift briefings related to service timings and guest preferences, ensuring cooperation with kitchen staff for timely food preparation, and presenting menu items knowledgeably. Physical agility is essential as the position involves constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds while negotiating around crowded and sometimes constrained spaces. Candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during special events.
