The role offered is an evening position available Sunday through Thursday where team members service apartment communities from 8:00 pm until approximately 2-3 hours after starting, providing doorstep trash and recycling collection. Employees in this role serve as the face of Trash Butler within the communities, contributing directly to resident satisfaction and environmental stewardship. The monthly compensation for this position is competitive, paid semi-monthly at $1,700, with additional incentives including referral programs, performance bonuses, and a convenient next-day pay option. As a Trash Butler team member, your responsibilities will include utilizing state-of-the-art field apps for efficient timekeeping, check-in, and reporting as well as physically collecting bagged trash using assigned totes or carts from each resident's doorstep. You will safely transport the collected waste to designated dumpsters or chutes, working quietly and efficiently to minimize any disturbance to residents. Effective communication and coordination with supervisors and managers help ensure streamlined workflow and uphold high standards of service quality. Your role supports sustainability efforts and community cleanliness, thereby enhancing the living experience of apartment residents. This position demands reliability, motivation, and the ability to work independently while delivering top-tier service standards under varying weather conditions and physical demands.
